Ready for your first Make & Take of the season? I know I am ready for some creative fun!  Based on the recent survey I did on my Facebook page, I'm incorporating your ideas into 2023 projects.  To get started, we will make Wooden Barn Quilt Garden Flags!  

The barn stars will be just under 12" square so they are a great size for hanging a pop of color at your entrance, in a big flower pot or out in your garden.  The Wooden Barn Quilts can be created to fit your decor - modern, farmhouse, primitive. The wooden signs hang on a 51" tall metal garden flag hanger that will be provided.

The wood squares will be ready with grids in position. All you need to do is pick a design from the patterns I have. You can create a sunflower like I did or pick from a variety a different pattern. During sign up, all you need to do is identify three colors that you want to use. You can pick your 9 or 12 block pattern in class from an idea sheet I'll provide. You can complete both sides or paint the back side solid. You can also add your last name initial onto the sign as well if your design selection permits. Once you have painted the barn star, you can choose to leave it as is or age/distress the sign. 

Tickets are $40, non-refundable, due at sign up. The maximum number of students for this class is 12. All supplies are provided to make your one of a kind craft. Class starts at 6:00pm and will run approximately 2 ½ hours. Come early and socialize with classmates, shop in the greenhouse and gift shop.
